How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by our reseller, Paddle, which processes all refunds. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at info@pioneerplumbingco.com.au and we'll arrange it for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
